Review:
I had the good fortune--courtesy of my dear friend, Amy--to compare this matcha with another Uji matcha that is considered among the best available. While both teas were sublime and although the other tea produced a slightly better froth (both had been sifted), Matcha Pinnacle edged out in flavor and at a substantially lower price. I imagine that there are only a few other matchas in this league and at this price, Matcha Pinnacle is in a class of its own.
