Being a serious tea-enthusiast, my first two purchases from Hibiki-an where the Gyokuro Pinnacle and Sencha Pinnacle, grown in Uji.
I will not try to elaborate on the painstaking endeavor necessary to produce such a extraordinary product, as Hibiki-an already explained-it excellently. Nor go-on about it's deep flavor and pungent aroma, as I read it is being described by previous reviewers. What I will state for myself, is that I never thought I would had the privilege to savor such a nectar in my lifetime.
Hibiki-an is truly achieving something admirable and sharing it with the world - Thank you.
