Dear Mr. Yasui,
I wanted to thank you for introducing me to Japanese green tea. Approximately two years ago, I became interested in, and decided to try different varieties of Japanese green tea. Fortunately, I happened to try your web site first, and haven't ever been disappointed. In addition to your fine tea ware, I have purchased from you everything from Gyokuro to Houjicha. Each tea I have tried has been better than the last. I have never considered writing a review, as I consider myself a neophyte, and am uncertain as to whether or not my opinion would have merit.
This morning, having decided to have a cup of tea, I found a package of your Sencha Super Premium in the refrigerator. I realized that I had purchased the tea nearly 9 months ago. However, as per your recommendation, it was kept unopened in the refrigerator. I was uncertain how it would taste after such a long time in storage. It turned out to be the most delicious tea I have ever tasted. It had the aroma of springtime, and the most delicious, mellow taste. The second and third infusions were as good as the first. I can only imagine what the Pinnacle Sencha would taste like! Thank you again.
