Review:
I thoroughly enjoyed this Sencha Premium. It is a traditional style sencha that brews very easily. Every attempt to brew this selection came out perfectly. The flavor is a nice balance of vegetal, sweetness, and a very mild and harmonious astringency. I thought it was very full flavored for this style of sencha. Often asamushi (light steamed, I am guessing this is asamushi) sencha is rather light in all respects, this was the exception.
