Review:
Another very fine tea from Hibiki-an. I have ordered the organic matcha before, and been extremely impressed by the mellow, full flavour of it. There is some matcha available in the west, but quality varies enormously. Nowadays I know that Hibiki-an = true quality, and stick with their teas.
Reading that even non-organic teas from Hibiki-an are tested for pesticide residues encouraged me to try this tea.
It is to be savoured, a full-bodied, layered taste that delights the tastebuds.if you haven't already tried it, please do!
