At last, we are able to add this Organic Tea Tasting Set to our line of teas. We chose and combined three of our popular and healthy organic green teas: Organic Sencha Superior, Organic Genmaicha Matcha-iri, and Organic Houjicha. All three teas are certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries of Japan. They are grown with only natural organic fertilizers and no agricultural chemicals or pesticides, and have a fresher taste and scent than any other organic tea available anywhere!
Though each of these teas are usually sold in 200g packages, the Organic Tea Tasting Set is composed of three 100g packages. Therefore this set is suitable for those who would like to do a taste test to learn which is their favorite tea, or who would like to enjoy less quantity of some kinds of tea. This tea set is especially perfect for those who are interested in organic tea.

(Organic Sencha Superior: 100g/3.53oz)
Our Organic Sencha Superior is made exclusively from tea leaves that are fully-grown Ichibancha (the first pick of the year). It is a good everyday tea with a much richer taste and aroma than most other grades of Organic Sencha.
(Organic Genmaicha Matcha-iri: 100g/3.53oz)
This special tea is a lovely blend of Genmaicha (roasted and puffed brown rice and Sencha) and Matcha. Therefore it is very balanced and even more mellow than usual Genmaicha. When brewed as tea, it is light green like Gyokuro. The Matcha brings out the balanced taste and aroma. Of course, this item is made from only Ichibancha (tea from the first harvest of the year) and premium organic Japanese brown rice.
(Organic Houjicha: 100g/3.53oz)
Generally Houjicha is made with various tea leaves, Ichibancha (first harvested), pruned tea leaves, second and third harvested tea and so on. But, like all of our teas, our Houjicha is made from only Ichibancha (first harvested). It is said that Houjicha grown specifically in Ujitawara, where Hibiki-an is located, has a particularly delightful aroma, even when compared with other Houjicha grown in the Kyoto region of Japan.
All the teas in this Organic Tea Tasting Set are certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries of Japan.
