This tea was very pleasant, approachable, and survived my favorite way of brewing Gyokuro: Leaf/Water Ratio: 6g per 100ml Steep 1: room-temp water for 14 minutes Steep 2: 60c for 90 seconds Steep 3: 65c for 90 seconds I pushed it for a 4th steep which resulted in "meh", but it survived 3 steeps as they advertise A very balanced, pleasant drink with no off-flavors and nothing in your face, and at this price point I definitely say worth it!  |
