Review	Houjicha is my favorite everyday tea, but this elevates it into something exceptional. Smooth and mellow, with almost chocolaty notes. Every sip is a delight. My preference is to use water at around 185° and brew for almost three minutes. For the third infusion, I use boiling water and brew for several minutes for full flavor. After the third infusion, the leaves can be left in cold water for 24 hours in the refrigerator, for a wonderful iced tea. I look forward to seeing this every year.
