Review	For a long time I have resisted purchasing this matcha, believing that it is expensive and perhaps just a bit too precious. However, I now have a better appreciation of its history and the care taken in production. And having tried the tea, I can agree that it has a beautifully mature and mellow flavour. It is truly quite special. Perhaps this is the tea Royalty might serve on special occasions. Certainly, it is the tea we look forward to enjoying when we celebrate Christmas. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy such a perfect matcha.
