This tea is for me the ultimate japanese tea for "normal" drinking, in a big pot. It is full, it has a lovely umami taste and is affordable. If I had to choose one tea, it would be this one.

It's delicious And high quality as gyokuro should be. A nice buttery, herbally taste with a hint of grassiness from the stems in which could make a picky drinker more palatable.

This karigane has become my favorite green tea. Wonderful mouthfeel and bright flavor make for a wonderful morning and evening cup. A very real treat.

This is an exceptional karigane! I've had other karigane, but this one carries that gyokuro flavor better than others I've tried before. I love the peaceful feeling I get from drinking it on a daily basis. I can honestly say this tea adds value to my life!
