Finally, I got to try this gyokuro premium! Surprisingly the taste very mild clean, elegant, but pleasant on the end. After drinking this tea, it makes me feel calm and relax after long day. I only like the taste after i brewed it max 2x, not 3x because it get weaker. ... (more)

I love gyokuro, and I'm really enjoying the premium gyokuro! I can only imagine how amazing the super premium and Pinnacle gyokuro taste! I brew 10 grams in 300 ml kyuso at 150 F for 2 minutes, then 30 for the next two steeps. Absolute perfection!

I love Gyokuro. It is much more delicate than sencha, but well worth the time learning how to brew it properly. Gyokuro has a depth of flavor that is unmatched by any other tea. Learning the proper brewing techniques to fully release the flavor is very rewarding. I high... (more)

This year's gyokuro has a lovely sweetness to it and a deep green sort of flavor to it. It reminds me of sitting in the shade of a deep forest. Truly excellent tea!

No. its not. don't be silly- this is one of the most refined Gyokuru's I have experienced. the blades of the tea look like they've been sliced by the wind, its dense green colours and all encompassing sweet nose shows its character well before the water a... (more)

I personally have little experience with green tea but this quickly became my daily green tea. It’s more astringent than Sencha and has more of a vegetal taste.

Amazing quality and taste! Gyokuro has a mellow taste compared to Sencha. To be honest all the teas I order from Hibiki-an has been wonderful!
