| This is a really fresh, light, very clean tasting Shincha. Very refreshing and savory. Since I lack the vocabulary to describe this tea in any kind a professional manner, I'll go with the predictable "spring time in a cup"

| Just tasted for the first time Farmers' Shincha. Wonderful almost minty refreshing flavor. Another high level tea from the wonderful people of Hibiki-an. Do follow their brewing instructions for best results.

| Kon-nichiwa. Just yesterday received tea from Hibiki-an and I've tried in the morning Farmers Shincha and I have to admit that the taste is grass-y and simply delicious. Arigato for great tea and shipping service.
