| I liked this tea even though it was less sweet and more astringent. Astringent is not a bad description by any means when it comes to this tea.

| From the 2007 harvest. This was possibly my favorite Shincha of the entire 2007 harvest. For an Asamushi (light steamed) style sencha, it was very full flavored, very vegetal. Every pot came out perfect. I promised myself, I would get this one again in 2008.
