| This particular Sencha Superior is really good quality tea. It is not overly bitter, nor overly 'grassy' in taste. And the fact that it is organic, from a place that you can trust, makes this tea a really good buy in my estimation. | |||

| A very fine and pleasant organic sencha. I go out of my way to find good organic teas, and in my opinion Hibiki-an supplies some of the best. This tea really must be very close to the style of tea that was drunk in Japan before the use of modern agricultural methods. ... (more) | |||

| This Sencha has a very mild taste and aroma. It also shares a trait usually found only in Gyokuro, in that it can tolerate being brewed longer (1-1.30 min) without adding excessive bitterness to the brew. It is a very pleasant tea and will mix well with other infusions.... (more) | |||
