| Well, hello! To begin, I am astounded that my tea order placed on Jan. 17th was post-marked Jan. 18th, and arrived today...a mere week later in scenic Missouri. Wow.
Tea purists may want to stop reading here, as my preparation technique would be considered blasphemo... (more)

| I placed my order the evening of July 28 (which was a Thursday) and I was not able to go to my postal box the week following that. I checked my box last Monday (Aug. 8) and the tea and tea ware I ordered from Hibiki-an were already there. I was impressed at the speed of... (more)

| If you like neon green infusions this tea is tops. Plenty of diffuse methyl xanthines to keep you stimulated and relaxed at the same time. First infusion is mellow with a slightly green tinge, second is neon and vibrant. 175 is the perfect temp.

| Organic Gyokuro was my first experience with Japanese Green Tea, it is as described. The mellow, sweet flavor is way more than I had expected. I want to thank everyone at Hibiki-an for all the helpful answers to my many questions. I feel the best is yet to come.

| I like the colour of the leaves, so vivid and rich. The infusion is really clear and subtly green - and it tastes as refined as it looks. I will be back for more, no doubt. Thank you for your commitment to high quality, organically grown green tea, which I can now enjoy... (more)
