I just wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying your lovely Organic Matcha. I mix one flat teaspoon Matcha with good quality natural unsweetened yoghurt and pour over sliced bananas, mango or any other fruit.Sweeten with Tasmanian honey if you like. I also put Matcha in smoothies with banana, yoghurt,almonds, pure vanilla and a little honey..delicious!! I enjoyed a Matcha mousse at Osaka train station at a coffee bakery while visiting Japan recently. I wish I'd asked them how they made it! Yum. Will have to google the recipe. That started my love affair with Matcha! Congratulations on your great product Hibiki-an. |
