Like all teas from Hibiki-An this Shincha is of superb quality and taste. The tea leafs show the quality of this tea, even before brewing it. When buying from local resellers it is not uncommon to see pale green / yellowish leafs which usually brew into a bitter stale tea. The leafs of this tea are a deep dark green and have a wonderfully fresh fragnence that translates directly into a fresh aromatic tea with a strong green color.  |
