This is a fine organic matcha! The color is brightly luminescent. As the Hibiki-an description notes about this matcha, it is quite deep in flavor and smooth on the tongue. There is no bitterness at the sip or in the linger! This matcha was gifted to me by my tea friend, Karen. Thank you, Karen, for finding such a delicious organic matcha. |
