This is absolutly a great Gyokuro and i love the beautiful green collor. Its so sweet end refreshing at the same time. I used both brewing methods discribed by Hibiki-an and it was perfect. Everyone who loves Gyokuro must definitely try this tea al least once.

As a Japanese tea lover i was looking forward to my first Shincha. The taste is just amazing compared to regular Sencha. I can understand why the Japanese farmers are drinking it for such a long time. If you want to try a Shincha and can't choose wich one than i suge...(more)
