I cold brew the Sencha in infusion bottles and it turned out great! It's crisp and refreshing during hot temperatures. I much prefer cold brew to hot as the tea aroma remains intact.

Have been a customer for several years now. Hibiki-an organic matcha is the best have found. I have tried some of the Hibiki-an premium matchas as well and they are excellent, but this is my favorite. I only wish would be offered in the 240g refill bags.

Highly recommend the organic matcha. Bright green, very smooth, no bitterness, and nice depth of flavor not typically found in organic matcha. The overall taste and quality of this matcha is better than many of the non-organic matcha from other vendors so the fact that ...(more)
