Review	This comes in second only to Houjicha Karigane Super Premium. It is also exceptionally smooth and mellow, but has fewer chocolaty notes than the Houjicha Karigane Super Premium. Still, a total delight to sip. As with the Houjicha Karigane Super Premium, I prefer to brew at 185° for almost three minutes, with a longer brew with boiling water for the third infusion. And, after that, the leaves can still be put in cold water in the refrigerator for 24 hours for some wonderful iced tea.
