Review	Very well balanced and delicate with flavors chrysanthemum, straw and mysteriously sweet wind-borne blossoms next to the obviously well cared for tea leaves and buds, making for an intoxicating aroma that makes me want to picnic on the farm, so fresh and close it feels. Infusions have the mildest astringency in the fore, complemented evenly by the leaf and blossoms. An overwhelmingly joyful cup with no overarching floral aspect. First time trying "Shincha Traditional Sencha" product, long time Hibiki-an customer. Hugely surprised by the freshness and quality of this tea's profile. Easily makes 4 very satisfying 8 oz. cups (recently reconditioned a Tokoname kyusu ever only used for sencha and gyokuro). Not certain my description matches the product's intent, but it's a complete winner for comfortable, day-long drinking, followed by the renewed explosion of grassy, earthy scents when opened later for cleaning.
