Iced Sencha Reviews
Product: Iced Sencha Iced Sencha
From: Scott Martin (United States)
Date: Sunday 08 July, 2007
Review:

I tried brewing iced sencha this summer, and have come to look forward to it on these hot, humid days. I use the iced tea brewer for sale here at Hibiki-an, and the process is incredibly simple: add about a tablespoon of tea leaves, fill with cool water, and place in the refrigerator for a few hours. The iced tea pitcher has a strainer on the lid, so you can just pour the tea and enjoy. The tea has a very crisp, refreshing character, and because the cold brewing process extracts only a little caffeine, you can enjoy it all day long. As with everything I've purchased from Hibiki-an, I find both the tea and the pitcher to be of outstanding quality and value. Highly recommended.
