Review	I have purchased several tea accessories from Hibiki-an and I have been curious about the hand held sifter for some time. In all honesty the Matcha Sifter (also from Hibiki-an) has a little finer sifting than the Hand Sifter. What I do really love about it is that I can rinse it clean. I like the way it fits over all of my Chawan's. This is a neat little Hand Sifter to have if you want to change things up.
