Review:
Matcha Pinnacle is the absolute best Matcha currently available in the U.S. and arguably the Uji region of Kyoto, historically known for producing the finest tea in the world.
Although it is written that a commentator of the Ming dynasty was once at a loss to recall the shape of the bamboo tea whisk, tea farmer and farm owner Tatsumi Yasui, and Hibiki-an owner Atsushi Yasui offer a window into the rich yet relatively brief historical tradition of the powdered tea; this tea embodies all of the traditional characteristics associated with ceremonial quality Matcha.
