Review:
I always thought that Asamushi Sencha was bitter and lacked the deep aroma of Fukamushi Sencha. However, I must admit that this tea is surprisingly good! The aroma is nice and mild, but its lack of bitterness enhances its fragrance. I am very impressed with Hibiki-an's Pinnacle Sencha as I wonder how much work was put in the process of growing such a nice Sencha! As I am a relatively poor university student, I try to honour this tea by pouring it from my houhin to the last drop.
