Review:
I had never tried Fukamushi until I discovered this site--and I lived in Japan for 5 years! Fukamushi is wonderful in every way. It was a delightful sweetness when brewed as directed, but I must disagree with the warning that you'll get bitter tea if you brew it for longer than 40 seconds. As long as the water is not too hot, a bit of extended brewing time just results in a nice, strong, rich green tea (and you'll still get a second infusion just as flavorful as the first).
I highly recommend this tea. Pass some along to your Arizona-drinking friends and tell them they don't know what green tea is until they've tasted tea like this.
