Review	This green tea is my favourite because of its unique taste, grassy and buttery all at the same time and such a wonderful colour of green. The water temperature of 80º is important to prevent bitterness, as is the short steeping time. The second brewing is just as good as the first. Excellent company, with helpful and efficient customer service. Thank you!
