For years I searched for a genmaicha that would remind me of my business trips to Japan some 20 years ago. I was deeply disappointed until I found Hibiki-an. If you are reading this review and have never tried this type of tea, I highly recommend it for its toasted and spring-like flavors and its soothing qualities. However, if you live in the United States, you will never find its equal, so be warned: you will want to return to this website again and again to keep yourself supplied. Thank you to Hikibi-an and for its excellent service.
