Dear Mr. Yasui:
Finally I have been able to taste the green tea. Well, it is just great! The Sencha Premium is excellent, smooth yet with very nice body, flavor and aroma. I was surprised by the colour, which I find (and please correct me if I am wrong) more green than yellowish - like a Gyokuro I had tasted in Switzerland some years again. I can only imagine what your Gyokuro must taste like!
