Review:
Hibiki-an's Sencha Premium is an excellent, clean sencha. A little pricey for an "everyday" tea, but worth the premium price for special occasions. This is a well-rounded tea with moderate astringency, and nice grassy and floral notes. A "polite," pleasant tea that satisfies without calling too much attention to itself.
