Review:
This Sencha has a very mild taste and aroma. It also shares a trait usually found only in Gyokuro, in that it can tolerate being brewed longer (1-1.30 min) without adding excessive bitterness to the brew. It is a very pleasant tea and will mix well with other infusions. Personally, although I like to drink it often alone, I have found that adding a few leaves of lemon verbena to the pot add a very pleasant lime aroma without adversely affecting the taste. Either way, this is a great tea.
