Review:
Hibiki-an's organic sencha superior is perfect for someone who drinks 5 to 10 cups of tea per day. Coming from more mature leaves and being sencha, it naturally has a higher level of catechin than other kinds. Excellent quality!

Tea leaves create Catechin to protect themselves from ultraviolet rays. So although all kinds of Japanese tea contain Catechin, especially Sencha is richer in Catechin.
