Genmaicha has been a personal favorite everyday tea of mine for many years. I have tried a number of different brands from various suppliers, but this genmaicha from Hibiki-an with the added matcha is the best I have ever had. I am a strong believer in organic farming so I go out of my way to find organic teas. This genmaicha matcha-iri is full flavored, a beautiful dark green in the cup, and remarkably satisfying. I am quite sure this will become one of the standard teas I order from Hibiki-an. I would recommend this tea and this company to all lovers of good Japanese green teas.
