Excellent tea! Like every tea I have had from Hibiki-an. So good, it's hard to make a bad brew. Not at all bitter. Very green. Compare it to what you find in most good grocery stores and even many tea shops and you will be amazed. Very drinkable. If you have never tried genmaicha, you really must. Even people who don't like green tea like genmaicha. And if you never had it with matcha, it gives it a beautiful color, extra flavor, and a little more brain energy!
