Review:
After having been disappointed with several of the matchas I have ordered, I was wondering how Hibiki-an's organic matcha would compare. I needn't have worried. It is a fine, mellow matcha with a full-bodied flavour, and takes me back to the matcha I have tasted at the tea ceremonies I have attended. Plus, the delivery was amazingly speedy.
