Daer Mr. Atsushi, It has been tooo long since I got tea from you and my b-day was just 3rd. of April and my younger sister knows how I love your tea that she gave me the organic Gyokuro and the Sencha Premium. Well right now I'm having my Organic Sencha Premium 4/6/08 and it is yet another suprisingly mellow, sweet, opened the bag just Spring in its aroma. I only did my frist fushion was sweet and mild,clean taest. I saved the leaves in hopes to do a second fushion but a little longer then 2minuts I heated the water just befor the boiling point to greater enjoy my green moment. THANK YOU HIBIKI-AN.
