Review:
The leaves have a wonderful floral scent, and the tea is mild, sweet, and easy to drink with a nice aftertaste. I prefer to brew this tea strong, with a lot of leaves (8g to 200 ml, 12g to 300 ml) but it can just as nicely be brewed a bit lighter, while retaining its smooth, sweet flavor. Although it's a little softer than some other senchas (I haven't tried this year's sencha premium from hibiki-an), its smoothness and sweetness is truly characteristic of a premium tea. This is definitely the best organic sencha that I have tried to date.
