I have recently ordered organic matcha from Hibiki-an and, I must say, it is wonderful and makes me feel very special. What a beautiful colour, so green!!!
Next time, I must not forget to order a chasen and a kusenaoshi as well. I loved the matcha even though I could not froth it very well without the chasen. For the moment I shall just thing of the velvety froth in my mouth.
Thank you very much Hibiki-an for such beautiful product. Delivery was so fast, only five days to get to England.
