Review	If you want a matcha for everyday use, this is definitely your best bet. Though there is still some bitterness, it is nothing compared to that of other brands' daily matcha, and this matcha also has identifiable sweet, fruity undertones that help to balance any bitterness. The color is a medium intensity green, and not brown like some other brands, which is a great sign at this pricepoint. Hibiki-An House Matcha is, of course, not suitable for the tea ceremony (koicha), but it makes a creamy, fresh, and altogether enjoyable usucha for everyday consumption. For its price, the value of Hibiki-An's House Matcha is unsurpassed.
