Review:
I love green tea ice cream and pudding, and was anxious to try the genuine, unadulterated article. I was not disappointed. I'm glad I invested in one of the better grades, too. I made the thin version and was careful with water temperature and quality, and whisking; there was not a trace of bitterness, just a smooth, "green," slightly sweet taste, thick on the tongue. I enjoyed a cup during meditation and went to work refreshed and alert! My next purchase will be a nice bowl.
