Review:
I want to discover this Japanese unknown, so I choose this grade of matcha and I like it. Very interesting taste, and I it wakes me up much better then coffee. Preparation process is nice, it stops you from ever day routine and that is second great thing on matcha. But I need more practicing to prepare it. My first matcha was far from homogenic solution, taste was excellent anyway, so I think that this Premium grade has to be great tea.
