A heavenly taste!
I am new to the taste of matcha, however I often practice tea meditation. I now love making a morning and afternoon ritual of matcha, being truely present with the tea. This is now my favorite tea. Even if drunk casually it makes a most delicous drink. It has a wonderful frothy, sweet, full and mellow taste. When I drink this tea, I taste the sunshine, the clean air, the fresh rain, the rich soil, and all the quality Hibiki-an puts into their products. Thank you for making such a wonderful tea available!
