My husband also enjoys this slightly lighter, freshing version which brings out the flavor (and superior quality) of the matcha. Hope you enjoy it as much as he does!
Matcha Sherbert
(Makes 4 servings)
65g vanilla light corn syrup (can be substituted with syrup [water and sugar mix])
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
2 cups water
3 tablespoon matcha
Mix all ingredients in pot and bring to a boil. Strain, cool, and mix in ice cream maker.
