Review:
This is a truly refreshing drink. I have used the Organic Sencha, and made iced tea with the ice tea maker purchased from Hibiki-an. Brewed hot and then cooled for a few hours in the fridge, it makes a wonderfully revitalising and thirst quenching drink in the mornings, with that gentle caffeine lift. Brewed using just cold water from the outset, it is a beautiful crisp, clear green colour with a different, very refreshing taste, which is, if you prefer, caffeine free.
I had never tried iced tea before, but I have quickly been won over by what I have tried, and I'm grateful for the introduction to this by Hibiki-an - thank you!
