I searched for a long time to find a simple white glazed tea cup to compliment my morning cup of tea. Most Japanese yunomi sets come in sets of five - far to many for just me.
I wanted a white interior to set of the color of the tea inside. This tea cup is a total joy. The feel in the hand, the feel on the lips, the way it heats up, the simplicity is just marvellous. I know this sounds strange but it really does feel "alive" in some way I can't explain. Very organic yet delicate enough for a thin "mouth feel" when sipping.
