Review This Tea is really great cold-brewed! I find that I only need to use about half of the leaves amount that is recommended so that is nice to make it last! I find the flavor too strong if I accidentally over-do it on the amount of leaves. It's not bitter, just not as "refreshingly crisp" to my tastes, which I prefer.

I brew this more warm by the cup. The first cup has a lot of tiny specks of leaf, but that is ok in my opinion because it adds to the taste, the mouthfeel, as well as your health benefits. By the Time you get to your 3rd brew, the infusion has hardly any leaves but still much flavor, and I'm using even less leaves than suggested. Sometimes I will easily be able to take it to a 4th brew! I love to use the SHIRO INKA yunomi or, especially, the HAKEME no YUNOMI to brew this Tea! :)

This I decided to also mix, as suggested by HIBIKI-AN, with a Karigane. I used the same grade Karigane as this Konacha, I think. I've only tried it as a 50/50 mix but it is REALLY GOOD! It sweetens up the Konacha a bit and as before, is EXTREMELY crisp, Spring-like, and refreshing. I think everyone should try it.
