I was curious about this tea, having read all the glowing reviews. I was blown away by the sweetness of it, what a delight it is, so smooth.And the way the taste changes with each pouring! I have tasted some gyokuro before, but this is truly something different. I want to say thank you to Hibiki-an for allowing me to taste such perfection at such a relatively cheap price.It also makes me aware how poor the general quality of so many other Japanese teas available here in Europe is. Quality speaks, and for me its name is Hibiki-an.
