Review:
Taste of this Gyokuro - regarded to my preference - is too one-sided. It's grassy, mild (significantly milder than Gyokuro Superior) and also a bit of bitter taste. I think it's because it's too fresh. I can feel, there is a good potential for sweetness and other multifarious tastes, but I think these haven't matured in it yet. Maybe on Autumn this Gyokuro will be better choice than fresh right after the crop. Anyway it's high-quality Gyokuro.
By the time, if there will be some aged Gyokuro Kuradashi available at this e-shop, with interest I'm looking forward to try it :-).
