All I can say is WOW! Hibiki-an suggested trying the iced matcha and I did today! I was absolutely delighted with the taste! It is truly a refreshing beverage. It is 110 degrees in Arizona and it will now be my favorite "cool down" drink! I add a little lemon ... (more)

I had not expected that this iced Matcha is that good. I would not have tried, since I had not expected that it gives the characteristic froth with cold water. I like it plain and with 2% milk. sugar is not necessary. thanks for the recipe!

As you can see from my other review from 2006, I've been drinking iced green tea for many years. When the weather is hot and you feel drained of all energy, iced green tea is more healthy and refreshing than any other drink. I like to bring it to the gym or on shopping ... (more)
